Ayub as he is fondly called is also consulting as African Regional Manager for Computer Frontiers on various projects across the world and he currently leads the team that successfully deployed the e-Visa service and call Centre services for the kingdom of Lesotho.

Ayub is passionate about customer service, service delivery and modern technology tools that improve customer relationships and interactions. Ayub passionately works with organizations and Government departments interested in improving service delivery and those that give a wowing service and products to their clients. He is a seasoned trainer and coach in Customer Service, Call centers, Hotels& Hospitality, Country border and Travel Visa applicant systems and applications, Service Delivery, Leadership, Human Resource and eloquent motivation and public speaker.

Ayub is a Board member for the American Chamber of commerce (Amcharm), A member of the Uganda Business Process Association (UBPOA) A Board member of The Association of Technology and Information Services (ATIS), A member of the Public Relations Association of Uganda (PRAU), A member of the Uganda Marketing Society (UMS), A member of Africa Travel Association (ATA) and a member of the Cooperate Council on Africa (CCA). SFI is an affiliate of the American International Certification Institute
